The house
The house is spread over three floors. Kitchen and living room downstairs, bedrooms upstairs. Enough space for two families not to get in each other's way.
Sleeping
Six beds for adults plus the bunk bed in the children's room. Three of the four bedrooms have their own washbasin, which takes the pressure off the mornings when the house is full. A high chair and travel cot are available for small children. Bed linen, towels and the final cleaning are included in the price.

Winterberg
The house stands right in the centre — the market square is a minute away. Bakery, restaurants and supermarket are all within walking distance, and the Skiliftkarussell ski area is just over a kilometre away.
Come in winter and you will be on the lift before most day visitors. Come in summer and you have the bike park, the Rothaarsteig trail and the hiking paths on your doorstep.
Included in summer
During the summer season we take part in the Sauerland SommerCard scheme. You receive the card free of charge as our guests, giving you free or reduced entry to a long list of attractions across the region — mountain lifts, outdoor pools, museums and caves among them.
For a family that quickly adds up to a three-figure sum over a week. The card doubles as your visitor's card and will be ready for you on arrival.

The town of Winterberg charges €3.50 per person and night. It is required by law, is not included in the accommodation price and is collected on arrival.
Two nights. During school holidays and over public holidays the minimum stay can be longer — the booking form will show you what applies to your dates.
Arrival from 2 pm, departure by 10 am. Different times can be arranged in advance.
Yes, both are in the house. Just let us know when you book and everything will be ready.
Yes. Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Only the visitor's tax charged by the town of Winterberg is added.
50 per cent is due within five days of booking, the rest at the latest 14 days before arrival. You can pay conveniently online or by bank transfer.
Yes, by prior arrangement and usually at no extra charge. Drop us a line before booking to tell us who is coming along.
Wi-Fi is available. One parking space at the house belongs to the holiday home, and further free parking is within walking distance.
During the summer season your visitor's card doubles as the Sauerland SommerCard, giving free or reduced entry to many attractions in the region. You receive it on arrival at no extra cost.
